They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help real estate agents earn referral income on closed loans while maintaining their focus on selling real estate.

Responsibilities

• Refer a client to your UMB Loan Officer partner
• We handle the mortgage process start to finish
• You earn up to 50 basis points (max $5,000) per closed loan
• You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of Ultimate Mortgage Brokers in a Business Development role
• A compliant way to earn referral income

Skills

• Licensed real estate agent in good standing
• Minimum 12 closed transactions in the last 12 months
• Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
• Willing to complete compliance training and attend company events

Benefits

• Hourly W-2 base pay
• Commission: 0.50% of funded loan amount
• Max $5,000 per transaction
