We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling
• Sales Prospecting: Conduct market research and identify target industries and companies
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
• Proposal Writing: Draft and submit winning proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
• Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

Skills

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
