They are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze complex datasets using MongoDB, support API design and integration, and collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from MongoDB databases
• Develop and optimize MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation
• Generate insights and produce reports using tools like: Excel, Power BI / Tableau
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making
• Work with development teams to design and document RESTful APIs
• Define API requirements, request/response structures, and data mappings
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Assist in integrating APIs across systems and troubleshooting issues
• Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and security standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Act as a liaison between business, data, and technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Provide support during production releases and post-implementation reviews
