The role involves gathering requirements, performing analysis, and driving the delivery of migration projects in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for OSS/BSS / Service Assurance systems
• Perform As Is / To Be and gap analysis
• Support cloud readiness and migration planning
• Identify application dependencies, integrations, and data flows
• Define migration approach (rehost, refactor, replatform, re architect)
• Collaborate with business, architects, and cloud teams
• Support UAT, validation, and cutover activities

Skills

• Telecom domain (OSS/BSS / Service Assurance)
• BA experience in cloud or migration programs
• Strong in requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis
• Understanding of migration strategies
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and dependencies
• Basic understanding of GCP / cloud architecture
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Exposure to cloud assessments and due diligence
• Knowledge of data migration and validation
• Agile/Scrum experience
