As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and strategic insights that enhance our educational platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
