[Remote] Board Member - Financial Infrastructure

They are seeking experienced operators and investors to serve as Board Members, providing strategic guidance on capital formation and market structure.
Responsibilities
- Provide perspective on capital markets strategy, sector trends, competitive dynamics, and platform positioning
- Offer insight on digital asset infrastructure, capital formation trends, regulatory developments, and institutional adoption patterns relevant to RedSwan's growth
- Leverage your network to support platform growth through introductions to potential investors, partners, sponsors, and institutional relationships where appropriate
- Serve as a sounding board to the RedSwan leadership team on strategy, go-to-market approach, partnerships, and operational scaling
Skills
- Founders, operators, and executives from energy, private company, and traditional financial infrastructure backgrounds
- Family office principals and private capital allocators managing capital arising from founder liquidity, energy, or private company ownership
- Individuals with experience in private equity, direct lending, structured finance, or alternative investment strategies outside the venture and digital asset ecosystem
- Strong understanding of how illiquid capital structures operate and the practical challenges of distribution and liquidity within large private asset pools
- Interest in how digital capital markets infrastructure is addressing the structural limitations of traditional private capital vehicles
