LabCorp is seeking passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals to join their Patient Customer Service department. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and resolving patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers
• 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

• Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients

• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
• Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency

• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
