• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Provide therapy and counseling services via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in mental health treatment.
• Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
