Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, part-time BCBA who is based in California and comfortable working remotely. This role is perfect for professionals who want flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to focus on clinical care without administrative overload. What You’ll Do

• Provide remote supervision of in-home and community-based RBTs
• Conduct parent training via telehealth
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate with caregivers and support teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current California residency (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth and digital platforms
• Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills Why Join Us
