What you'll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs (per NC requirements)
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming for meaningful outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready documentation
• Partner with families on goals, training, and progress

What you bring:

• Active North Carolina LBA (required)
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism
