They are seeking an Airtable and Zapier Automation Consultant to optimize their program management systems through automation, allowing educators to concentrate on delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Automation Design & Implementation: Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs
• System Troubleshooting: Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime
• Process Optimization: Collaborate across various departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities
• Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive, clear documentation for all active workflows, databases, and automation logic
• Team Enablement: Provide training and technical support to internal team members to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to continuously improve company operations

Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier
• Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment
