The role involves supporting the development of AI and data solutions, analyzing datasets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development of AI and data solutions including analytics pipelines, dashboards, and basic machine learning models
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights
• Assist in data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications under guidance
• Contribute to client deliverables, documentation, and presentations
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Apply responsible AI, data governance, and security principles in delivery

Skills

• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum ONE (1) year of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Exposure to ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks or Palantir
• Familiarity with R
• Consulting, healthcare, financial services, or public sector experience
• Hands-on experience with financial crime compliance technology and data solutions, e.g., Oracle Mantas, Actimize, Fircosoft, LexisNexis Bridger, World-Check, Dow Jones, Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, etc
