They are seeking an AI Strategic Roadmap Project Manager to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework for Pinellas County, focusing on various aspects including readiness, governance, and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI strategic roadmap engagement, coordinate County stakeholders, manage workshops and milestone reviews, track deliverables, prepare executive briefings, and support a practical three-to-five-year AI adoption plan
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
