Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions from discovery to prototype within hours or days
• Use Claude Cowork to accelerate development and iteration cycles
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and AI agents
• Develop front-end and back-end components without handoffs
• Convert proofs of concept into scalable, production-ready systems
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Navigate enterprise security, governance, and compliance processes
• Demonstrate working solutions regularly to business stakeholders
