Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through patents and technical disclosures. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts. Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 5 years of research experience in AI/ML, with a significant portion focused on healthcare-related problems. Expertise in one or more areas of machine learning, such as deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP, or computer vision. Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, medical imaging, genomics) and understanding of relevant privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to conduct independent research. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
