PiNCAMP is a camping startup of ADAC, ANWB, and TCS, aiming to digitize the camping industry with a passionate team of over 80 digital experts. They are seeking an AI-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead the web experience, focusing on integrating AI for enhanced user engagement and seamless booking journeys for campers.

Responsibilities

• You will own the AI roadmap for Web
• You lead the product strategy for our Web platform, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our campers and mobile home travelers
• You lead and mentor a team of 3 UX/Designers, driving a culture of high-output, user-centric design
• You are the key collaborator for our other internal powerhouses
• You take full ownership of the user experience for our primary markets, Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring the product feels local, trustworthy, and relevant

Skills

• 4+ years in E-commerce Product Management, with a clear history of leading design-heavy web products
• Significant hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM-based features in a production environment
• Fluent in German or Dutch (Native or C1 level)
• Understanding of the nuances of the DACH or NL markets
• Experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment
• Genuine connection to camping, travel, or the 'Mobile Home' lifestyle
• Expert at navigating a matrix organization, working seamlessly with technical teams (especially Data and B2B Systems) and App product teams
• Experience in agile startup environments
• Ability to iterate fast and focus on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills
