They are looking for a Founding Agentic AI Engineer/Researcher to design AI systems that intelligently navigate evidence and provide clear, traceable answers.

Responsibilities

• You'll design AI systems that:
• Break complex scientific questions into solvable steps
• Route intelligently between tools, evidence sources, and reasoning workflows
• Surface contradictions and uncertainty instead of hiding them
• Generate answers backed by clear provenance
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure real-world reasoning performance—not demo quality
