Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume healthcare hiring environment in a fully remote contract role. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination, while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and management roles
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels
• Conduct pre-screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment regulations
• Provide weekly updates and recruiting strategy insights to business partners

Skills

• 5+ years recruiting experience across diverse roles
• 2+ years high-volume healthcare recruiting (40–60 reqs/month)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
• Excellent stakeholder management & client-facing communication skills
• Dialysis recruiting experience (highly preferred)
• Experience with Phenom or similar ATS/tools
• Strong sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Experience supporting corporate/clinical recruitment teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies
