[Remote] Acumatica Financial Consultant – Payroll Focus
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Recruitment is a rapidly growing Acumatica Value-Added Reseller (VAR) seeking an experienced Acumatica Financial Consultant with payroll implementation experience. This role involves working directly with clients to implement, configure, and support Acumatica's financial applications while serving as a payroll subject matter expert.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Acumatica Financial Management implementations
- Implement, configure, and support Acumatica Payroll
- Consult with clients on accounting, payroll, and business process best practices
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Acumatica solutions
- Configure GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and related financial modules
- Conduct client discovery sessions, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing client support
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on more complex client requirements
Skills
- Experience implementing payroll—not simply payroll certification
- Ability to independently lead client conversations and implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping clients improve their business processes
- A collaborative consultant who enjoys working across multiple clients and industries
- Hands-on Acumatica consulting experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Acumatica Financial modules
- Experience implementing and supporting Acumatica Payroll
- Experience implementing payroll within other ERP platforms (Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar) is highly valued
- Experience supporting existing payroll customers as well as leading new payroll implementations
- Accounting, payroll administration, finance, or ERP consulting background preferred
- Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills
