The Accounts Payable Analyst II will process and analyze accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze accounts payable transactions, inputting figures into the accounting system
• Reconcile balances and maintain accurate accounting records
• Ensure timely and accurate transactions, with proper coding and allocation of expenses
• Prepare journal entries and regularly reconcile general ledger accounts
• Respond to inquiries from vendors or employees and resolve any discrepancies

Skills

• Two (2) year/associate degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with customer service experience
• One (1) year of experience in a professional office environment
• Previous experience with Docuware, AEC360, or Oracle
