Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3 Bridge Networks is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Associate to assist with daily financial operations and vendor payment activities. This role involves handling invoice administration, payment coordination, expense tracking, and vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process invoices for payment
• Confirm invoices contain appropriate approvals and supporting backup
• Assign general ledger coding and enter financial information into the accounting system
• Coordinate check requests and electronic payments within established timelines
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to billing, purchase orders, or payment records
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable files and documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding issues when necessary
• Communicate with vendors and employees regarding payment questions and reimbursement matters
• Assist with maintaining accurate supplier records and account information
• Review and process employee expense submissions in accordance with company policy

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting accounts payable functions
• Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines consistently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach
• High level of accuracy and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
• Prior experience within a legal or professional services environment is a plus
• Experience using Aderant Expert or related accounting platforms preferred
