Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between our product innovations and the customer’s formulation needs
• Maintain and grow relationships with key manufacturers within the coatings space
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges for clients by recommending the appropriate specialty additives from our range
• Use your technical background to identify industry trends and help our R&D team develop products that solve 'real-world' coatings problems
• Transition your technical expertise into a commercial strategy, managing pricing, contracts, and territory growth

Skills

• Deep-rooted background in the Paint or Coatings industry
• 5+ years in Technical Sales
• Understanding of how additives affect performance, stability, and application
• Problem-solver who enjoys explaining technical solutions
• Ready to transition into a role focused on building long-term industry partnerships
• A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related Material Science is a plus
