They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager to manage accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in the Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts
• Driving incremental sales growth
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Account Management in US
• Should have handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts
• Experience in working in the mid-to-large enterprises
• Significant understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from infra to apps to AI
• Strong Communication Skills
• Solid track record of success, supported by strong references
• Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors would be preferred
• Experience with GSIs as an Account Manager, CP is preferred
