[Remote] Account Manager (Danish Speaking)

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a consultative, solution-selling approach, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against your expansion and upsell revenue quota across your book of business
  • Take a consultative, solution-selling approach to identify growth opportunities within your accounts
  • Negotiate contract renewals, build proposals, and manage commercial outcomes
  • Use data-driven outreach to promote new products, analyse customer engagement, and increase product utilisation
  • Educate customers on the value of Sign In App, connecting features to their specific challenges and goals
  • Prioritise and advocate for customer needs, elevating issues that will have the most impact on satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Partner with marketing on customer campaigns and programmes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding ongoing experience for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity

Skills

  • Proficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Previous SaaS experience is required
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Ability to interact with a customer's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
  • Ability to multitask/ in a SUPER fast paced environment
  • Willingness and passion to learn new skills
  • 3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferred
  • Desired/ Preferable previous Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
