The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction while assisting senior sales professionals in complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
  • Meet established sales objectives and quotas
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies
  • Assist senior sales professionals in complex sales situations
  • May be required to support additional products/brands as required

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
