The Account Executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to manage relationships with large enterprise clients and support them as they scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups)
• Guide clients through launching and scaling successfully
• Shape partnership terms (scope, pricing, timelines)
• Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and support
• Lead with drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution
• Own cross-functional projects that are leadership priorities
• Build/refine systems to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth

Skills

• 2–5+ years experience in sales/GTM or related roles
• Operational excellence: consistently high output
• Leadership: ability to inspire and attract top talent
