They are seeking experienced account executives to leverage their Non-QM network and assist brokers in closing more loans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
• Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
• Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information
• Ability to follow directions
• Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
• Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements
• NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
• Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
