The Finance team is seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will perform day-to-day ledger entries and help streamline processes as the accounting team grows.

Responsibilities

• Perform corporate month-end close activities including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
• Preparation of US and International intercompany journal entries, financial accruals, bank transactions and other journal entries
• Preparation of financial statement account flux analysis
• Produce ad-hoc reports, analysis, and special projects
• Assist with audit by providing supporting documents and answering procedural questions for auditors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
• 2-3 years of professional, relevant experience
• Experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
• Intermediate Excel skills, (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls
• Team oriented personality
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Experience with foreign currency and multiple international subsidiaries EMEA, APAC, NA
• Priority will be given to candidates in Central US Time, Mountain US Time, and Pacific US Time
