Responsibilities

• Lead regional outreach efforts by building partnerships with golf courses, community organizations, churches, and local leaders.
• Develop and support a team responsible for executing events.
• Oversee outreach and fundraising initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with Guardian's mission.
• Track performance and report progress to leadership.
• Strengthen community relationships.
• Expand regional engagement.
• Ensure each initiative is executed effectively to maximize impact for veterans and those we serve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or operations
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
• Availability for weekend events
