Regional Acquisition Manager (GCC)

We are looking for a commercially driven Regional Acquisition Manager (GCC) to lead our player acquisition strategy across the Gulf region. This role is responsible for driving high-quality First Time Depositors (FTDs) through a combination of digital marketing, affiliate partnerships and media buying. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in iGaming acquisition, knowledge to bring players in the GCC market, and the ability to execute performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the acquisition strategy across GCC markets, with a strong focus on delivering FTD and revenue targets. Develop, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, and strategic partnerships. Identify new acquisition opportunities and emerging marketing channels within the region. Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, publishers, and key stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance, player quality, CPA, ROI, LTV, and other key acquisition metrics, continuously optimizing performance. Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, Content, Compliance, and Design teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and player conversion. Work with local market insights to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with regional player behavior. Manage acquisition budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend. Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer acquisition strategies to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing within the iGaming industry. Proven experience driving significant player acquisition and FTD growth across GCC markets. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisition, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. Experience managing CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commercial partnership models. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills. Experience working with acquisition platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a must. Nice to Have: Existing network of affiliates, agencies, media partners, and influencers across the GCC. Experience launching or scaling casino brands in regulated or emerging markets.
