Join to apply for the Receptionist/Verification Specialist role at Evolve Psychiatry. Evolve Psychiatry is seeking dedicated remote professionals to join our team. We are a mid-large sized psychiatry practice based in New York, serving over 20,000 patients. Our services include Medication Management, Talk Therapy, TMS, and Spravato. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
• Collecting copays
• Making appointment reminder calls
• Collecting new patient information
• Verifying insurance
• Calling insurance companies for patient benefit information
• Assisting with prior authorizations for medications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher
• 12 years of medical experience required
• eClinicalWorks experience is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance verification
• Medical billing experience is a plus
