Position: QuickBooks Accounting Specialist Type: Full-time Compensation: $70K - $100K/yr Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for improved reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and ensure financial compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.

Requirements

• Have 2 of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Possess a strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Have demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
