GTS is a collection of financial services companies specializing in various asset classes and investment approaches. The Quantitative Trader will work on strategies within the ETF Fixed Income Team, collaborating with senior traders and impacting the trading desk's operations.

Responsibilities

• Work on existing strategies
• Design, build and manage profitable trading strategies
• Work closely with senior traders on strategies
• Gain insight into how the trading desk operates
• Evaluate trading opportunities
• Impact the group’s activities and drive revenue

Skills

• 1+ years working as Quantitative Trader with Fixed Income or Fixed Income ETF products
• B.S./M.S. from a leading university in a quantitative discipline such as math, physics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or economics with a GPA over 3.6/4.0
• Deep understanding and ability in mathematics and statistics
• Strong programming skills in kdb/q and/or Python
• Experience in Fixed Income Markets or Fixed Income ETFs
• Strong quantitative background
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Interest in building and understanding of trading
