Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Quality Assurance Analyst I: $80,000 - $100,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Quality Assurance Analyst I Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and regression testing Validate application functionality against requirements and expected workflows Identify, document, track, and retest software defects Assist team ensuring that software complies with software regulations such as DISA STIG and DoD requirements Collaborate with developers and product management to clarify requirements and expected behavior Participate in agile software planning, backlog review, and release validation activities Perform user workflow and usability validation across web applications Help ensure consistent software quality across releases and environments Assist with acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback collection Maintain clear testing documentation and release notes Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards Performs other job-related duties as assigned Quality Assurance Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Experience with healthcare, government, or regulated environments Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, or API-based applications Experience with regression testing and release validation Exposure to automated testing tools or scripting, including AI-enhanced tooling to improve breadth and quality of testing Understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes Experience testing modern web applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to clearly document defects and reproduce issues Familiarity with Agile software development processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
