Position: Python Developer - AI Training Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: Up to $65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5- 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug Python code and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through system design and algorithmic problems in Python to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model''s logic and engineering judgment.
• Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience .
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on coding experience in Python, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
