Provider Partnership Team Lead

Role Overview: The Provider Partnership Team Lead supports corporate strategies by combining business knowledge with technical expertise to drive data-informed decision-making. Work Arrangement: Remote - This role is fully remote, and the associate must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours Must have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Internet reimbursement may be available where required by applicable regulations Responsibilities: Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including reports, datasets, and analytics across key business areas Translate business requirements into both ad hoc and recurring reporting solutions Review and validate work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness Ensure the integrity and reliability of source data and reporting outputs Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders Support strategic initiatives by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to support business needs and operational improvements Provide guidance and oversight to analysts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Science, or related field required. 3 to 5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics within the healthcare industry Strong understanding of medical claims (inpatient and outpatient) and billing processes Experience with provider network operations preferred Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders Skills & Abilities: Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, or Microsoft Access Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide and mentor team members Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
