The Project & Operations Manager is the first point of contact for the All4Labels sales organization and existing customers for Integritag Digital products, in particular the QR Fingerprint® product line. As the link between the two, you are responsible for building strong, long-term customer relationships and ensuring their continuous development so that customers derive the maximum benefit from our SaaS products. Your Tasks: Proactive, independent support for sales managers from the All4Labels group with customer enquiries and projects, and independent creation of informative documentation Responsibility for customer onboarding as part of project implementation in line with quality, deadline and budget requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to regular operation Responsibility for the qualification and onboarding of printing locations, the associated printing and quality tests for the QR Fingerprint® Proactive advising of enterprise B2B customers regarding our services and supporting customers in the optimal use of our SaaS platform Focus on customer satisfaction and retention and identification of upselling and cross-selling potential with existing and potential customers Working closely with sales and product management to further develop platform functionality and service offerings based on customer needs and to continuously improve the customer experience Identifying potential for simplification and optimising processes for customers and partners (e.g. printing locations) Your Profile: Affinity for digital products and processes, user-centred approach Strong customer focus with sales expertise to strategically identify new business opportunities and increase revenue Recognition in a daily working environment with customer communication and operational work on our SaaS platform In-depth knowledge of label printing processes, label materials and, ideally, material composition and packaging manufacturing Knowledge of digital and printed anti-counterfeiting security solutions Knowledge of SaaS product sales as well as classic and agile project management Confident in working with large international customers and micro-enterprises Conscientious, reliable and structured approach to work as well as team-first approach Confident written and spoken German and English You’ll definitely be interested in: Our working hours – We offer flexible working hours with the option of remote working and 30 days’ holiday Take what you need: Corporate benefits Jobrad Company fitness scheme (Wellpass) Contribution towards the Deutschlandticket Contribution towards the company pension scheme We offer you a secure future in a growing and forward-looking company We want you to feel at home with us in the long term – we achieve this through a wide range of training and development opportunities as well as regular staff events Curiosity, teamwork, responsibility and encouragement are our core values.
