Role Overview Join a growing team as a Project Onboarding Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding for new merchants. You'll have the opportunity to lead multiple projects, coordinate with key stakeholders, and optimize onboarding processes. This position offers the chance to impact merchant success in a fully remote, EU-based role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full onboarding cycle for merchants from initial review to successful activation. Coordinate multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers. Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding and operational stakeholders. Monitor onboarding performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes. Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding frameworks. Manage escalations and resolve operational issues impacting onboarding timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers. Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows. Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers. Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and stakeholders simultaneously. Languages: English, Russian. Key Soft Skills Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
