• TITLE: IS Project Manager
• LOCATION: Remote in the United States. Candidates MAY NOT be located in the following states: AL, CO, DE, HI, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, or RI
• HOURS: Full-time
• DURATION: 6 months
• *What you’ll do:**

• Lead and manage multiple medium-sized technology projects from initiation to post-deployment.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, building support and influencing key decisions to ensure project alignment.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Create essential project documentation, including charters and detailed plans, securing necessary approvals.
• Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Oversee critical integration, training, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders and teams across various concurrent projects.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses and formulate effective corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated project management experience within a healthcare environment.

• Proven project experience specifically in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
