Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in programming languages and tools, and make recommendations for their adoption. Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks in the software development process. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional development. Act as a liaison between the programming team and other departments, communicating project updates and addressing any issues or concerns. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
