Responsibilities

• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills
• At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Admission to the California Bar is required
• Some experience in products liability law
• Substantive litigation experience
• Demonstrated interest in products liability law
