Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Product Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or a related discipline Experience managing insurance products or line-of-business performance Strong analytical experience using underwriting, claims, financial, market, or operational data to drive business decisions Familiarity with insurance product structures, including rates, rules, forms, underwriting considerations, and regulatory requirements.
