As part of our US team, you’ll grow a Perm Product Management desk, working with high-growth and enterprise organisations, supporting them with critical hires to take them to the next level. The role

• Operating as a full desk Principal Consultant, manage perm recruitment processes end to end, building talent pools, guiding your candidates through interview processes, negotiating offers, etc.
• You’ll take ownership of client relationships - managing accounts, winning new business through strategic outreach and networking, negotiating terms, and confidently selling talent solutions while managing client expectations
• Build a candidate network across product managers, senior ICs, and leadership profiles
• Developing and engaging a talent & client community in your space, becoming the go-to recruiter in your space
