Job Description:

• Define, launch, and scale Rimini Street’s next-generation Innovation Solutions
• Translate market, customer, and delivery insights into clearly defined service offers
• Own product roadmaps for assigned Innovation Solutions
• Lead the productization of Innovation Solutions into clear, repeatable service packages
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging
• Monitor market trends in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leaders on roadmap progress

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services roles
• Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) and/or ServiceNow platforms
• Experience translating emerging technologies (AI, automation, modernization) into sellable, deliverable offers
• Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
