• What You’ll Do:**

• Collaborate closely with product owners, design teams, and research partners to develop customer-centric designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.

• Support agile development squads by optimizing digital customer-facing sales experiences, initially through small incremental tests and evolving into more strategic design decisions.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in daily ceremonies and partnering with product owners, engineers, content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.
• Deeply investigate user problems, untangling complex product requirements and interaction design challenges to deliver optimal solutions.
• Champion continuous user feedback integration, identifying research needs, and participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing to enhance UX effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, navigating a complex product ecosystem to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across various teams.
• Deliver user-centered design solutions that contribute to best-in-class consumer digital sales experiences, providing quick access to information and building customer purchase confidence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of agile design experience.
• Proven experience designing customer-facing sales experiences.
• A strong portfolio link included at the top of your resume, showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency with Figma, including comfort with advanced features such as auto-layout and components.
• Demonstrated collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

• Experience within the insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries.
