We are currently seeking a Procurement Contractor to support our Human Resources and Operations departments in coordinating, tracking, and managing company purchases and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage procurement processes for equipment, software, and operational supplies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify purchasing needs and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contract terms where necessary.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payment documentation.
• Support internal teams by ensuring timely availability of essential work tools for remote employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing coordination, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and procurement tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
