Responsibilities

• Supporting client accounts with planning, research, reporting and day-to-day coordination
• Writing and editing social posts, blogs, press releases and newsletters
• Helping manage client social channels, including LinkedIn and X
• Reporting on social activity and campaign results
• Building and maintaining media and analyst lists, with training provided
• Pitching stories to journalists and helping secure quality coverage
• Joining client calls and meetings, taking clear notes and following up actions
• Supporting events, podcasts and other marketing activity
• Keeping the important stuff organised — from timesheets to coverage reports

Skills

• A genuine interest in PR, communications and B2B tech
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for detail
• Confidence communicating over email, on the phone and in person
• Good organisation skills and the ability to keep on top of different tasks
• Some experience in PR, marketing or comms — whether that's an internship, placement or junior role
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Excel or social scheduling platforms
• Curious and keen to learn
• Proactive, reliable and happy to ask questions
• A team player who gets stuck in and supports others
• Calm, organised and able to keep things moving
• Positive without needing to be relentlessly 'upbeat before coffee'
