Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Power BI Developer to oversee the design, administration, and delivery of enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI solutions across the organization
• Administer and manage

Power BI Cloud Services and Power BI Report Server environments

• Serve as the technical authority for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Oversee governance, data access, and compliance policies within Power BI and Fabric environments
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BI developers and analysts
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies
• Drive adoption of best practices, standards, and emerging BI technologies

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting

Power BI , including Power BI Cloud Services and Power BI Report Server

• 5+ years of experience as a

Power BI / Microsoft Fabric administrator

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

Azure Entra (Azure AD)

• Microsoft Fabric certifications, such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate

Compensation: The salary is budgeted at $100,000-$120,000 annually, plus benefits.
