Remote Raven is hiring a full-cycle Podcast Editor to take complete ownership of a new podcast built for moms — focused on real conversations, practical insights, and meaningful connection. This is not a task-based role; you will be a core driver of the podcast's success from day one.The host is ready and the vision is clear — what's needed is someone who can bring each episode to life with precision and genuine ownership across every stage of production.Clean and edit full-length audio episodes — remove filler words, pauses, and background noiseEdit video versions for YouTube and social media platformsAdd music, branding elements, and episode structureCreate short-form clips and audiograms for social distributionBuild and manage the content calendar and support episode ideation using AI toolsPrepare structured interview guides and handle guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-recording preparationRun recording sessions using Riverside.fm or equivalent platformsLaunch and manage podcast distribution across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other directoriesHandle RSS setup, metadata, and uploads; track and report performance metricsWrite show notes, episode descriptions, and generate social captions using AI toolsCandidates must have a proven portfolio of end-to-end podcast launches.
