In this remote role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel experiences, managing important planning details, and helping ensure reservations and itineraries are completed accurately and efficiently. Core Responsibilities Work with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and planning needs Assist with arranging hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities Research available travel options using approved supplier and reservation systems Help track confirmations, itinerary schedules, and reservation updates Provide responsive support through phone, email, and online communication platforms Assist with travel revisions, booking changes, and client follow-up requests Maintain accurate client records and organized planning documentation within company systems Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry announcements Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and team training programs
